    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to request a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security with regard to the state of insecurity in Rift Valley region, and in particular the attacks and killings of prominent business people. One killing took place on 30th October at night in Uasin Gishu; another one took place on 1st November in Kuresoi at midday, and at Chebilat yesterday on the border of Kericho and Kisii. In the Statement, I would like the Minister to inform the House the actions being taken by the Government to bring to book the perpetrators of these systematic and consistent crimes."
