Speaker, it is poetic justice that the same people who prodded these Commissioners to line up and address a Press conference at Serena Hotel, afforded them luxurious rooms and apartments paid for by the State. This is because some people believed they were above the Constitution and law unto themselves. Today, the same people have been prodding these Commissioners to stay put. Hon. Speaker, I want to speak to these Commissioners. They know what they did was criminal, against our Constitution and the will of the people. They intended to overturn their will which they exercised through the ballot.
