    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I stand to support. I was looking at the initial appointment of the Commissioners and it was a collusion between the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party of the former Parliament. In their list, they ended up appointing Members from one side of the coalition to the panel that appointed Commissioners. That was very unfair. So, the amendment has done a correction to that, which will make the process competitive. Our Constitution requires that the process has to be competitive. With those few remarks, I support the amendment."
