Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Health on the vetting of nominees for appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 1st December 2022 and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3) (b) of the Constitution approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries: 1. Eng. Peter Kiplagat Tum CBS, State Department for Medical Services; and, 2. Dr. Josephine Njeri Mburu Wahogo, State Department for Health Standards and Professional Management. I thank you, Hon.
