Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Education and Research on the vetting of the nominees for appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the table of the House on Thursday, 1st December 2022 and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3) (b) of the Constitution approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries: 1. Dr. Belio Kipsang, State Department for Basic Education; 2. Ms. Esther Thaara Muoria, State Department for Technical and Vocational Education and Training; and, 3. Ms. Beatrice Muganda Inyangala, State Department for Higher Education and Research. I thank you Hon. Deputy Speaker."
