Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning on the vetting of the nominees for appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 1st December 2022 and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries: 1. Dr. Christopher Kiprotich Kiptoo, State Department for National Treasury; and, 2. Mr. James Muhati Buyekane, State Department for Economic Planning. I thank you Hon. Deputy Speaker."
