    "content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation on the vetting of nominees for appointment as Principal Secretaries, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 1st December 2022, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of the following persons as Principal Secretaries: 1. Prof. Edward Waswa Kisiangani, State Department for Broadcasting and Telecommunication; and, 2. Eng. John Kipchumba Tanui, State Department for Information, Communication, Technology and Digital Economy. Thank you very much.
