"content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of Statutory Instruments Exemption from Expiry (No. 2) Regulations 2022, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 1st December 2022 and pursuant to the provisions of Section 21(2) of the Statutory Instruments Act of 2013 as read together with the provisions of the Laws of Kenya Act, Cap. 1, approves the Statutory Instruments Exemption from Expiry (No. 2) Regulations 2022 published as Legal Notice No. 218/2022.
