    "content": "As you are aware, the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs is currently sitting to finalise the report on public participation. With that in mind, I request that this Bill be rescheduled to this afternoon once the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs has finished. I beg your indulgence I will also be making a communication in the afternoon on issues pertaining to the National Government Constituencies Development Fund and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF). I know many Members are very apprehensive about issues of the NGAAF and the NG-CDF.
