    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, the Leader of the Minority Party cannot shout. The Leader of the Minority Party holds a constitutional office and cannot shout unnecessarily in the House. He or she can only express himself or herself on pertinent issues that concern the country. I have two issues. First, I agree with Hon. Ichung’wah on the important pending matter of the NG-CDF. If I heard him correctly, he undertook to report back to the House in the afternoon on that matter. That is critical. I can see Members are very eager and happy to prosecute business, but you will come back and thank me later. If this matter of the NG-CDF is treated as casually as we are treating it, it will come back to haunt us. This matter has the potential of sending nearly 90 per cent of us home come 2027. My friend, Hon. Mbiuki, who is my agemate, knows very well that that issue has been very instrumental in making us come back here. Therefore, we shall be waiting eagerly, very eagerly, to hear what the Leader of the Majority Party has to say on that very important issue."
