    "content": "Hon. Members I also wish to recognize students on the Voluntary Service Scheme. I wish to introduce to you a group of students from Starehe Boys Centre and School who are seated in the Hon. Speaker’s Gallery. The group of three students is in the National Assembly for a two-week Voluntary Service Scheme, a programme that the Starehe Boys Centre and School has been running over the years during school holidays. The programme ensures the students are given an opportunity to give back to the community through voluntary service during holidays. On our behalf I welcome them to Parliament. Thank you."
