    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. On behalf of people of Mosop, allow me to also join Members and the people of Kiambaa to send my condolences on the passing of the late Hon. Stanley Githunguri. This is a man who rose from a humble background to become something big in this country. He is a gentleman who was born in Tanzania but later came back to Kenya. He lost his father at the age of 13 and his mother really struggled to raise him single-handedly. His mother gave him the best she could and he became somebody. Later on, he went to study in the United States of America and eventually came back to serve this country. We ought to appreciate what the late Hon. Stanley did. He named Lilian Towers in honour of his mother. Today I join the people of Kiambaa in passing my condolences to the family and wish them well even in this moment as we send him off.
