    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I will be very brief. From the onset, I want to put it on record that I support the Public Investment Management Regulations of 2022. There needs to be a framework for how this country is going to go into investments that are funded either through public-private partnerships, joint ventures or any other investment that will be requiring us to go beyond what is provided for by the Exchequer. This becomes so critical especially when we realise that in the last few years, some investments have ended up becoming liabilities.
