Members, before we proceed, I would like to acknowledge the presence of a delegation from Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver, Colorado, United States of America (USA), who are on an exchange programme at the University of Nairobi. The delegation is at the National Assembly to observe the plenary proceedings.
