    "content": "Gauge Railway (SGR). During the Grand Coalition Government, the SGR was supposed to start from Mombasa all the way to Kampala. However, later on, it was built from Mombasa to Nairobi with a cost that was almost five times more than it was originally. So, it is good that we approve these Regulations, so that we can oversee public investments and ensure that public resources are well managed."
