    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I support the Motion and thank the Committee for bringing it up. Regulations are very important as they play a crucial role in our country for effective functioning of society and for the improvement of the economy. Just to add my voice about the expressway, I am one of the people who use it. We call it express yet sometimes we line up for long hours just because people are not allowed to use M-pesa but cash. This takes long because perhaps somebody does not have the cash. When we have these regulations in place the expressway will be efficient. It will have quality control and accountability."
