Therefore, I would like to order that, before we proceed with this debate, the Bill be taken back the relevant Committee, you sit down there with the relevant line Ministry; because it touches on very key issues that the Assistant Minister was able to bring out. Once you harmonise those issues, the Bill should be able to move smoothly in this House."
