    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. If you, kindly, look at the Bill, you will see that it was published on 21st August, 2009. It has gone through all the stages and, up to this date, there has been no objection so far. What Mr. Michuki and Dr. Oburu are saying here should, really, be their bases for opposing this Bill. Probably, it might result in one way or the other, but that should be the basis for them to argue against the Bill, and not trying to derail the Mover from initiating debate on the Bill."
