We have developed a tradition where whenever we engage our county governors, the Member for that area is invited. An example is in the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and Public Investments Committee (PIC) meetings. They are always invited to come and hear because they understand the issues better and can interrogate and guide the other Members."
