    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. If we had a fair gender balance--- When I talk about gender, it is about the balance of numbers. We are aspiring the two- thirds majority. We cannot achieve the two-thirds gender rule if we do not start with the Senate. I would like to support Sen. (Prof.) Kamar by looking at the merit of gender balance. I trust the Committee way would be right way and I am sure they will make the right decision. However, I am not happy with the balance of numbers. Let us practice that and being in the Senate, this is the opportunity to do it. I support."
