    "content": "The standard of care required during the process will be the same both at the Plenary and at the Select Committee level. I have listened to the many submissions that have been made before the Floor of this House and it is clear that there are some processes that may need to be improved. For instance, we may need to look at how Committees are constituted and the level of percentage of gender. That can be improved for future processes."
