    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I take this opportunity to thank the Committee led by the bullfighter because they have done a good job. I do not want to say “keep it up” because we do not want to foresee more impeachments; we want the elected governors to keep performing. I also specially want to thank Her Excellency Governor Kawira Mwangaza. This is not just a win for you nor the women of this country, we have upheld the Constitution. I also support His Excellency the President on the legislative matters of the Funds. This is the National Government-Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF), the County Oversight Fund and the Ward Fund. All the MCAs needed was the Ward Fund. I appreciate that the Governor was able to identify the problem and give a solution."
