    "content": "I also want to congratulate Her Excellency the Governor for the way she handled herself and with a lot of decorum, speaking nothing but the truth. I want to tell the Chairperson of the Committee on Education that pastors have only one truth. So, there is no way you can dodge the truth so that you say one truth when you are talking to the Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) and another truth when you are talking to other leaders. So, I congratulate her for standing firmly on truth. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I drove all the way from Eldoret because when you called us there were no available flights. The reason I came was because the Governor was elected by 209,148 people of Meru. I told myself: In two months, a very enthusiastic county assembly has discovered the faults that the people of Meru never discovered. I was very concerned. I wanted to listen to what the Committee has done. That is why I want to congratulate the Committee. We wish her all the best. We will discuss the issue of gender later because it came up during our discussion."
