    "content": "Further, pursuant to Standing Order No.258 (4), I issued guidelines to the effect that only those Senators in the cited committee delegations will be allowed to participate virtually. Part 32 of the Senate Standing Orders on virtual sittings will apply during the hybrid Special Sittings. The Senate stands guided. Hon. Senators, if there is a Senator who is not out of the country on official business, he may not be able to take advantage of this particular facility. It is only those Senators who are out of the country on official business who will virtually participate in today’s proceedings. However, those on holiday may not be able to virtually participate in today’s proceedings. Kindly stand guided."
