    "content": "but we only need to legislate and do the right thing. I agree we should get a member from each of the leading political parties. On religion, I would want to disagree with the Member who said that the whole matter is political. Despite the fact that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will be making political decisions, I think that we shall need religious players from Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism. Mr. Speaker, Sir, you saw the work that was done by the choir in the Bomas of Kenya. They may not have done the political work but they played a big role in reducing tension. I agree we need religious players in the selection panel. The Public Service Commission is tasked with ensuring that we get the right people in all public offices. To have two representatives from the Public Service Commission is also a good proposal. I agree with all my colleagues who have said that our decision on this should be unanimous.
