    "content": "I believe that this particular amendment brought by Sen. Mumma will ensure that we achieve just that. Not only does it seek to achieve that perception of fairness in terms of the political balance of the people or organisations that are being represented on that particular panel, but also in terms of gender because for the first time, it is making it clear that even the Parliamentary Service Commission slots being two, we will have one man and one woman and from the PPLC, we will also have one man and one woman and representatives of the minority and the majority parties."
