I have served as a member of PPLC. Is the Senate Majority Leader in order to mislead this House by claiming that PPLC is like Bunge La Mwananchi? This body has been involved in the electioneering process. Majority of discussions around the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) involve PPLC."
