I will borrow from the constitutional perspective as ligated in Petition No.364 of 2020: Okiya Omtatah versus Attorney General and five others. I believe the Committee has considered this particular petition and the reason why it was allowed. Therefore, from where I stand, I disagree fundamentally on questions of law on the effect of the amendments."
