    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have already indicated that we must address the social determinants of disease. Some of the factors that lead to poor health are, of course, lack of water, malnutrition and improper housing. I have said that we already have policies in place to address these issues. The only way we can eliminate some of these diseases is to address the relevant issues like water, housing and eradicate poverty. Otherwise, we shall only be treating symptoms."
