It is upon the SBC after we have constituted it, to prioritise for discussion, debate and committing of the same to the committees. Therefore, I do not see what prejudice we are going to suffer as a House by laying procedurally of these papers. The substantive business that is supposed to be carried on this papers that are going to be laid today is going to be determined by SBC."
