    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to support both petitions. On the Petition by residents of Uasin Gishu County, Mr. Speaker, you will recall that when we were last in Dubai, we had an interactive session with Kenyans living in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Gulf region generally. Many amongst the reasons that they raised, was the issue of agents who do not adhere to the rule of law for one reason or the other. They do not follow the law when they organize Kenyans to go and work in the Middle East in terms of ensuring that they are well taken care of, well compensated and are working in safe conditions."
