If you were to approve the same notices of the same Motions, chances are that between now and the rise of the House at 6.30 p.m., we may not debate any of those Motions. While handling that and taking into consideration what is happening in the House, one important factor is the fact that there are also two colleague Senators who are not serving in any Committee whatsoever. They are Sen. Wafula and Sen. Kisang. We have proposed that in Orders No.11 and 12."
