The four issues that are raised are very pertinent and popular, particularly the issue of the NG-CDF. Yesterday, I was in my constituency and the public is still crying why we are not able to give bursaries. We all know that the genesis of why we are late in giving bursaries to our children is because of the cases that have been filed time and again limiting the National Treasury and other bodies to process the NG- CDF in time.
