    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to support the constitutional amendment. I have to say that part of the many solutions that we can offer to this country is having legislation that is people-centred. The NG-CDF is not anchored in the Constitution. In 2003, CDF was started by a Member of this Parliament who moved an Act of Parliament. The intention was that every constituency would not be left behind on matters development. It brought in the issue of equitable share of resources for every constituency so that The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
