Members, especially those of us who are young, to come during this time to participate and they will have the time to make mistakes and learn. Sometimes, we young people are afraid to make mistakes. During such a time, you get to speak, correct yourself, and with time perfect your debating skills. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I have noted very keenly that you properly read the Memo is from His Excellency the President. So, how I wish that over the weekend when you are in your next ODM rally (Laughter) you get to say the same. On a more serious note…."
