    "content": "Secondly, Article 132 talks to the Functions of the President. Article 132 (1)(c) (i) says and I quote: “Once a year, the President shall report, in an address to the nation, on all the measures taken and the progress achieved in the realisation of the national values, referred to in Article 10.” That is also a function of the President and it is what he has done. Article 132(2) (b) says and I quote: “The President shall nominate and, with the approval of the National Assembly, appoint, and may dismiss the Attorney-General, in accordance with Article 152.” The Attorney-General is a legal advisor to Government and the President. I doubt the Attorney-General has failed to do his part to provide the President with that aspect of legislation. Lastly, Article 132(4) says…"
