I do not need to belabour the question of the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF), National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) and Senate Oversight Fund. We had a debate concerning these Funds. We know how sensitive NG-CDF, NGAAF and Senate Oversight Fund are. We know how sensitive it is to have funds for the Senate to oversee the billions, if not trillions, that are devolved to our county governments. I do not need to belabour that point."
