    "content": "Members in this House to answer questions is. Members recall the difficulty Chairpersons have undergone. You go and get a Statement from the Ministry and then you come and read it out here. Members have follow-up questions for answers that you cannot provide as a Chair of a Committee, unless you go back to the Ministry. We now have the opportunity to have the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Interior and National Administration come and stand before the House and tell Kenyans why people are being slaughtered in the North Rift by bandits and what he is doing. If there are follow-up questions, we will ask him. We will ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education questions on the roll-out of the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) and Junior Secondary School."
