    "content": "Hon. Members, I have a few short communications to make. The first one is on business that lapsed at the end of the First Session and reconstitution of Sessional Committees. I take this opportunity to welcome you back for commencement of the Second Session of the 13th Parliament. It is my hope that, after the well-deserved break, you are now fully rejuvenated and ready for the heavy duty and legislative agenda that lies ahead of us in this first part of the Session.
