    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, on behalf of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.181, I would like to take this opportunity to present to the House, the Committee’s Report on the Finance Bill, Bill No. 7, of 2009. The Members of the Committee comprise the following: Mr. Okemo, who is the Chairman and at the moment, he is away attending to some other parliamentary matters outside the country.
