    "content": "Hon. Senators, I have read this message from Nyandarua County and I want to conclude by reading the prayers. Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order No. 48(7) which states that when a message from the County Assembly is reported, the message shall be deemed to have been laid before the Senate and the Speaker may- a) direct that the Message be dealt with forthwith; b) appoint a day for consideration of the message; or, c) refer the message to the relevant committee of the Senate for consideration. Hon. Senators, in this regard, I refer the matter to the Standing Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural resources for appropriate action. There is another Message here.
