    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Before I second, I would like to also congratulate the said Senator, Sen. Kisang’, who is my immediate neighbour, the Senator of Elgeyo-Marakwet County. I believe he is one man who will bring a system to this Committee. Once again, I would also like to thank Sen. Orwoba, and also assure her that we will continue with our mandate and make sure that the things we were pushing for while we were there will not stall or stop. I also want to assure the Senate Standing Committee of Labour and Social Welfare that Sen. Gloria Orwoba is one person that will help the Committee to achieve their mandate. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I second the Motion."
