    "content": "(1) State the number of requests received by the TSC from teachers wishing to transfer to schools in their home counties following the reversal of delocalization of teachers’ policy by Government, stating why it has taken inordinately long to comply with the Government directive. (2) Inform the Senate how many requests by teachers to be transferred to their home counties have been granted, giving a breakdown per county and further state when the pending requests will be processed. (3) State reasons why the TSC is authorizing the transfer of teachers from other counties to Embu County while not approving similar requests by teachers whose home county is Embu even after the said teachers requested the TSC to be transferred back to their respective sub-counties in Embu. (4) Spell-out measures in place to address challenges faced by TSC in implementing the reversal of delocalization of teachers’ policy by Government."
