    "content": "teachers, they should allocate the posting of teachers in those schools. We prefer teachers from those areas with insecurity to be posted there. For instance, in Baringo, I would encourage the TSC - and I will raise this when the Committee will be considering the Statement - that teachers from Baringo who are from areas that have insecurity should be allowed to go and teach in those schools. The Kenya Kwanza Government has a responsibility of ensuring that we uphold the family. One of the ways of doing this is by having the TSC reconsider the policy and ensuring that the delocalization policy is abandoned. They should revert back to the original situation of allowing teachers to go to their respective counties. I thank you."
