    "content": "I thank the President and his administration for agreeing that there is a shortage of teachers. He has begun rolling out in phases 30,000 teachers who are going to be hired in this financial year. I remember, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, that you were one of the people who drafted the plan and many charters that included the Education Charter. The President is doing very well by cutting that gap by ensuring that every child has access to education through provision of competent teachers."
