    "content": "The President has formed a task force for this issue of Competency Based Curriculum (CBC). I appeal to parents and other stakeholders including teachers that we give the Government and the President’s task force time to come up with radical changes. I confirm to the country that it is affordable. The Constitution is very clear. The CBC will assist in building skills for our children so that they can be people to rely on."
