    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I further point out that every time we argue with our colleagues in the National Assembly on which House is the Upper or the Lower one, we impeach our own arguments by making ourselves subservient to the National Assembly every single opportunity we get. If precedent is set in this House, why are we being referred to the National Assembly? The Senate is not a student of the National Assembly. We do not need to learn anything from them. We are okay and equipped with all the knowledge that we need as a House. Our precedent is that of the Senate. We do not need to be referred to any other House."
