    "content": "If there are issues that are not sufficiently responded to in the Statement, then we still do a further inquiry from the department. That is what happens in this House. It is interesting that Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale has not got a Statement from the relevant Committee two months after he raised the question. The problem here is the procedure we used to inform Members on the responses from the ministries. It is not how we used to do in the other House as you recall. You and I were Committee Chairs and we used to read those Statements before the Plenary. That is the procedure we have right now."
