    "content": "This is a serious issue considering the shortage of medical staff in our hospitals. We cannot be having doctors who are trained, not able to work or travel. It is a serious matter. The Statement by Sen. Sifuna should be taken seriously by the Committee on Health and a report brought to this House so that we discuss this matter of national concern. It is going to discourage young people from taking serious courses like medicine which require a lot of concentration and investment. After the course, you end up not getting the job or not being able to travel out of the country."
