If the Ministry of Health wants to stop them from travelling and looking for opportunities, then, it is time that they employ all the doctors that have graduated and licensed so that they do not suffer staying within the country and doing nothing yet they have gone to school. As you know, our doctors are students who excelled in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). What are we telling those students in class eight and high school and intend to pursue medicine? If we stop healthcare workers from looking for opportunities to help themselves and their families, what will happen? We need to ask the Ministry to rescind the decision. Thank you."
